Excellent online pick

I think these chairs are fantastic. Simple, mid-century modern design knock-off...all at an excellent price!

I’ll bet you’ve seen these beauties around the high end shops lately. Likely with a pretty hefty price tag.

My best bargain hunter, super-stylie friends spotted these at Overstock.com  for just $60 each!

They were visiting in the States and brought them back over the border, but if you order these online, there will be shipping charges and customs & duties. Thankfully, Overstock does now ship to Canada at decent rates. Be sure to find out how much that will cost you.

My guess? Even with the shipping costs to Canada, these chairs will still be a great deal!

I got chills, they’re multiplying…and I’m loo-sing contro-ol...the power you’re supplying…it’s electrifying!

Phew, now that I got that out of my system, let’s talk about studs!


Studs are everywhere. And they aren’t just for traditional dens, stuffy libraries, or a man’s study (although, these are available too!)

There are many other looks that also feature studs...here are just a few to think about:


Dining room chairs – black fabric and silver studs are tres chic and will last the test of time, while these sparkly silver leather and silver studs are a more slick option.

A combo of silvery grey, black, and purple patterned fabric are fun and bold, but still cozy and inviting.

Beige chairs with a Paris word motif offer a more French country look.

Occasional chairs – I love this rounded back, tufted and studded dark grey chair that would be a great choice for just about any modern décor (see above too!)

How about something that looks a bit more like an antique such as either of these two?

Finally, my absolute favorite (despite the footprints!!) is this raspberry-pinkish velour chair that would be a bold hit of color in either the living room, bedroom, in an entryway or alcove.
